Pre Delivery P&I

Towards the end of a build project and well before hand over to her owner a yacht will be increasingly populated by her crew which in turn provides an exposure to the owner as these people and the activities they undertake fall under his responsibility and not that of the yard. We work with specialist liability insurance providers to ensure full cover is in place for an owner, even before he formally takes ownership of the yacht.
